    We secure a beautiful venue and thoughtfully stage the environment to match the celebration. Sustainable craft-favor kits and streamlined invitations are included.

From scouting the perfect park, beach or venue to managing vendors, the full program, setup, and teardown. We handle the pre-, during-, and post-event logistics with precision so you can be the hero of the day (without lifting a finger). Meet the Planner

Hi, I’m Nicole.

For over 12 years, I built marketing teams from scratch and executed high-stakes corporate events—from international roadshows to intimate VIP dinners. But eventually, I felt called to leave that chapter to focus on what matters most: our families.

I began pouring that professional rigor into planning parties for my own son and daughter, realizing that creating magic for them brought me more joy than any corporate conference ever could.

My aesthetic is unique in Chicago. Having spent 20 years in Europe, my style is grounded in a German sensibility—sustainable, thoughtful, and organic (you won’t find a plastic balloon arch here!).

Little Oak Events is a nod to that duality: the national tree of Germany, standing tall in parts of our beautiful Chicago.
