We stage your home or venue of choice in a way that kids will love and parents will want to snap a picture of — then return two hours later to pack everything up (no rental cleaning required).

This is our premier, arrival-ready celebration designed so you can be present for the celebration instead of managing it.
During the event, we guide a 45-minute activity for the children or guests — whether that’s an imaginative storyworld adventure for younger children, a scavenger hunt for older kids, or playful games for baby showers and family gatherings.
We secure a beautiful venue and thoughtfully stage the environment to match the celebration. Sustainable craft-favor kits and streamlined invitations are included.

This signature full-service package creates a 100% personalized event based on your wishes. From scouting the perfect park, beach or venue to managing vendors, the full program, setup, and teardown. We handle the pre-, during-, and post-event logistics with precision so you can be the hero of the day (without losing nights of sleep). This package is great for large parties, such as graduations, quinceañeras, business activations, family reunions or similar.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Nicole.
For over 12 years, I built marketing teams from scratch and executed high-stakes corporate events—from international roadshows to intimate VIP dinners. But eventually, I felt called to leave that chapter to focus on what matters most: our families and community.
I began pouring that professional rigor into volunteering and planning parties for my own son and daughter, realizing that creating magic for them brought me more joy than any corporate conference ever could.
My aesthetic is unique in Chicago. Having spent 20 years in Europe, my style is grounded in a German sensibility—sustainable, thoughtful, and organic (you won’t find a plastic balloon arch here!).
Little Oak Events is a nod to that duality: the national tree of Germany, standing tall in parts of our beautiful Chicago.
